Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange for an unused item in its original condition, as long as you contact us within 15 days from the delivery date.
Kindly Pay Attention To
There are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations on Solid Gold Products and Custom/Made-to-Order Products once the item has gone into production, as each piece is made specifically for the customer.
Additionally, Earrings and Grillz cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Mystery Boxes, Sale Items, and Gifts are final sale and cannot be returned.
15-Day Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days from the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in new, resellable condition.
- Items that are altered, worn, scratched, damaged, broken, or otherwise not in resellable condition do not qualify for a return or exchange and may be refused or discarded.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- To obtain return authorization, please contact our customer support by email at sales@gqtorch.com before sending the item back.
- Please provide the tracking number after shipping the return package.
- Please include your Order Number and Full Name inside the returned package.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned items before they are delivered to our warehouse.
- Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or returned while in transit. A return or exchange request may only be submitted after the package has been delivered.
Return Shipping & Re-Delivery Shipping Costs
For returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and any re-delivery shipping cost.
Customer reasons include, but are not limited to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong length
- Ordering the wrong item
- Change of mind
- No longer wanting the item
- Personal preference
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
We will not reimburse or pay for return shipping or re-delivery shipping costs except in the following circumstances:
- The customer received the wrong item.
- The item arrived broken, defective, or damaged.
If the customer received the wrong item, the customer must contact us within 15 days of receiving the order. Otherwise, we will consider the item accepted and it will no longer qualify for return or exchange due to wrong item received.
If the item arrived broken, defective, or damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos of the issue, including the item and packaging.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, length, or product, please contact us first for approval.
For exchanges due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for:
- The return shipping cost
- The re-delivery shipping cost
- Any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item
If the exchanged item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference before the replacement item is shipped. If the exchanged item has a lower price, the difference may be refunded after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Although some orders may qualify for free shipping, we still bear the original shipping cost for each order. Therefore, if a refund is approved, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the item does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be refused.
If a package is lost during shipment, we may offer a replacement or reshipment after carrier investigation and confirmation. Refunds for packages lost in transit are not available unless required by applicable law.
How To Return
Please carefully package the item in its original packaging. The item must be returned with all original packaging, sales slips, certificates, appraisals, or any accessories that came with the order.
Before returning the item, please contact our customer service to obtain return authorization and the correct return instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please do not send any return package without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
How Long Will It Take To Process My Return?
Please allow 2–3 weeks from the return shipment date for us to receive, inspect, and process your return.
Once your return has been processed, we will send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your order.
After the refund is submitted, it may take 2–10 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
