Photos, hand drawings and ideas are acceptable.

2.What is MOQ (minimum order quantity) required?
For Dropshipping, MOQ is 1pc. The price is the same as the price in our website.
For wholesale, MOQ is 20pcs. Please contact with us for the wholesale price.
For custom jewelry, MOQ is 1pc. The mold cost will be charged if the order quantity is below than 50pcs. And the mold cost is different depends on the design, the range is $50-$100.

3.Can I have my own logo engraved on product, or custom box?

4.How long is the customization time?
Receive customized jewelry within 25-40 days.
Drawing: 2-3 days
Producing: 20-30 days
Delivering: 3-7 days

5.How about the delivery time?
It depends on the shipping methods. We provide 2 shipping methods that are express shipping and standard shipping.
The express shipping: 3-7 days. The cost range is $20-$50.
The standard shipping: 12-30 days for most of the countries. The shipping cost is $3.99.

The quality defective rate is less than 0.1% which is relied on the strict quality control.
